Transformative Lesson Planning

Transformative Lesson Planning helps schools strengthen instructional design so learning experiences are more engaging, inclusive, and effective. This workshop supports educators in creating lessons that align with how the brain learns best, honor student identity, and support learner variability, leading to deeper engagement and stronger learning outcomes.

Ideal for schools seeking practical, research-based strategies to improve instructional consistency, equity, and student-centered teaching practices.

About Transformative Lesson Planning

This professional development series guides K-12 educators through the Transformative Lesson Planning Framework—a research-based approach that shifts teaching from reactive to proactive, creating conditions where all students feel safe to learn, take risks, and flourish. Participants will explore a dynamic, evidence-based framework and planner that balances the science of learning with the craft of teaching.

Target Audience: teachers, coaches, mentors, academic leaders
